The Blood Orange INK fountain pen is our flagship fountain pen, finally available in this unique orange Cerakote colorway. Expertly applied, the uniform finish is "a deep fiery orange with shimmering metallic". Similar to the metallic Cerakote finishes like Northern Lights and Blue Titanium, Blood Orange is shimmery but not shiny providing a unique look that is very different than the Hunter Orange we normally feature. These look awesome and feel great, no slippery surface on them at all or any shine. We're pairing them with black anodized clips and fasteners, BUT you'll be able to customize the grip to one of your choosing. It looks great with a matching black grip, but silver sets off the color adding a nice bright contrast, and there's always upgrades for brass and copper. Select from a variety of 250 (#6) Bock nib sizes to get the perfect line width and ink flow for your writing preferences. Includes a Schmidt K5 Converter and two black Monteverde cartridges.

I’d been waiting for this orange Cerakote finish to drop—the deep fiery color is even richer in person. It writes smoothly out of the box, but I wish the nib were just a touch finer for my daily notes. Still, it’s a solid upgrade from my usual pens.
