The acetate body has this warm, almost honey-like translucency when light hits it—way more dimensional than a plain resin pen. Threads are smooth and the cap posts securely, which is what I care about most. It's easily the best-looking pen in my daily rotation now.
The depth of color on this pen is unreal—the European acetate rod stock has this swirling, layered look that shifts in the light. It's my favorite desk piece now, and the resin feels dense and well-balanced in hand.
The acetate material feels surprisingly substantial in hand, and the way the swirls catch the light shifts from deep black to a faint blue-green. I've been rotating it into my daily carry all week, and the cap threads are smooth every single time.
