最新版本的滾磨鋁合金螺栓筆保留了筆款原有的外部幾何設計，同時進行了細微的工程調整以提升功能。下筆身內部的O型環可防止筆在口袋中攜帶時意外鬆脫。J型槽的調整包括將其盡可能上移，使筆的長度保持在5.5英吋以下；此外，J型槽的弧度也經過更明顯的圓潤化處理，以便在操作筆芯時能更順暢地將螺栓歸位。採用耐用的6061-T鋁合金加工製成，經過重度滾磨處理，呈現出預先磨損但均勻的表面質感，隨著使用時間增長與磕碰痕跡累積，只會更添風采。出貨時採用可回收包裝，並附贈一枚訂製乙烯基貼紙。
