The machining on this thing is seriously impressive for the price, and the Delrin inserts keep my heavier pens from getting scratched when I drop them in. It’s got a nice heft that doesn’t slide around, and it’s become the most satisfying part of my morning routine.
I’ve had this on my desk for two weeks and the solid aluminum heft is so satisfying every time I pick up a pen. The machined edges catch the light beautifully, and those black Delrin inserts keep everything from sliding around. It’s a little pricey but absolutely worth it for a daily-use piece.
The Delrin inserts hold my pens snugly without scratching them, which is exactly what I needed. The solid 6061 aluminum block gives it a weight that feels reassuring on my desk, and the tumbled finish hides fingerprints nicely.
